Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Resub, operated by Orbiqon. By creating an account or connecting Stripe, you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

Resub is an AI agent that communicates with your subscribers after failed payments — by email and, on eligible plans, by voice — to recover revenue within the rules you configure (your "playbook"). Resub works alongside your existing dunning tool; it does not replace card retries.

You are responsible for the playbook you set. Resub enforces your limits, but the offers it can make (pauses, discounts, downgrades) are the ones you enable.

You must have the right to contact your subscribers and to connect the Stripe account you link. For voice calls, you're responsible for ensuring you have the required consent and for complying with applicable calling regulations — Resub provides consent, calling-hours, and do-not-call controls to help.

You agree not to use Resub for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messaging.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

During early access, features, limits, and pricing may change as the product evolves. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes.

We work to keep Resub reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give notice of material changes where practical.

Resub is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbiqon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using Resub and disconnect Stripe at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we'll delete or anonymize your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
